There is no ability for non-authorized individuals to log in to this site.

If an email address is stored on this site for some reason, that data will be routinely reviewed. Email addresses determined to be not from an individual associated with a school in the United States or that have a suspicious configuration will be deleted.

Analytics

STAFFAdvancement.com does not sell personal data. Personal data is not collected directly through ordinary pages or posts. Information submitted through forms may be processed by third-party services with their own security and privacy practices. (See information below regarding personal data usage on MyWeeklyPlan.)

Administrator Access

There is only one site administrator who has permission to access this site’s configuration.

My Weekly Plan

My Weekly Plan is a service of STAFFAdvancement.com and is a tool that combines the simplicity of a paper planner, the convenience of prioritization, and the accessibility of technology. My Weekly Plan stores the user’s planner information, such as projects, tasks, quick notes, preferences, and selected Google Calendar identifiers, in a secure application database with access controls. Google Calendar event information is retrieved as needed for display and is not permanently stored in the My Weekly Plan database.

Google User Data

My Weekly Plan may connect to a user’s Google account through Google OAuth in order to provide optional Google Calendar integration.

Google data accessed: My Weekly Plan accesses the user’s Google Calendar list and read-only Google Calendar event information. This may include calendar names, calendar identifiers, event titles, dates, times, and other information returned by Google Calendar for the calendars the user chooses to display.

How Google data is used: This information is used solely to allow users to select which Google calendars they wish to display and to show events from those calendars within the My Weekly Plan weekly and daily planning views. My Weekly Plan does not create, modify, move, or delete Google Calendar events.

Sharing and disclosure: My Weekly Plan does not sell Google user data. Google Calendar data is not shared with advertisers or other users and is not transferred or disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the application or as required by law.

Data protection: My Weekly Plan limits Google Calendar access to read-only permissions. Communications between the application, Google, and its supporting services use secure HTTPS connections. User application data stored in the application database is protected so that each authenticated user can access only their own data.

Retention and deletion: Google Calendar event content is retrieved as needed for display and is not permanently stored in the My Weekly Plan application database. My Weekly Plan does store the identifiers of the calendars a user has selected so those preferences can be restored on future visits. Users may disconnect Google Calendar within My Weekly Plan, which removes the locally stored Google authorization credentials and clears the selected calendars from the application. Users may also revoke My Weekly Plan’s access through their Google Account permissions. Users who wish to request deletion of their My Weekly Plan account information may contact us using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

My Weekly Plan’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
